The Brief: The Organising Committee of IAYMH sought competitive bids from PCO’s to assist them in managing the 2nd International Youth Mental Health Conference.

Advantage Group won that bid and became their core appointed PCO.

Convinced by the high level of professionalism and expertise of Advantage Group, the organising committee decided to keep on working with us while organising the conference in UK.  The Conference kicked off on Monday 30th September. The Brighton Dome welcomed more than 600 people within 3 days. As well as the conference program, Advantage Group supported the organising committee to set up some pre-conference workshops, a marketplace exhibition and activities.

Oh behalf of the IAYMH Executive I write to extend our sincere thanks to you and your team for all of your efforts in making the Second International Youth Mental Health Conference a great success. The professionalism of your team and the attention to detail, timelines and the careful eye on the ever present budget issues was invaluable and ultimately lead to the success of this intentional event. In particular your support of our desire to make this an inclusive event through the direct involvement of young people and the strong focus on social media was fantastic. The detailed work undertaken to ensure the program and associated materials was spot on was also exemplary. We have had incredibly positive feedback from delegates, the IAYMH and our Partners who were involved in the planning of the event.
