Mexican Power Company Incentive in Dublin
This was a well-traveled group, used to a life of luxury with very high expectations. We combined the thrilling lifestyle of Dublin with the breath-taking Irish countryside, the fascinating history in Belfast and the best cuisine.
Some guests arrived individually throughout this day and the next 2 days, and the main group arrived in the evening. We arranged transfers in our executive vehicles for all of them.
The group stayed in a luxury 5* hotel in the city centre. An informal dinner buffet style was served in a historic and stunning venue, The Banking Hall. It was a quiet day to make sure they could recover from the long flights and be full of energy for the rest of the stay.
Day 2 kicked off with a city tour with our Spanish speaking guides including visits to The Book of Kells and St Patrick’s Cathedral. Lunch was served in a traditional Irish pub in Temple Bar with a guitar player to entertain guests with some Irish tunes.
We chose Guinness Storehouse for the official welcome dinner. Our Celtic Drummers welcomed guests on arrival to this iconic venue. They undertook a short tour of the exhibition, finishing in Gravity Bar where we served a sumptuous dinner surrounded by spectacular views of Dublin.
We set up a Guinness Station in the room for guests to learn how to serve the perfect pint of Guinness! Our DJ did a great job entertaining guests with the best music throughout the evening.
Day 3 & 4
On Day 3, we took the group to the historic capital of Northern Ireland, Belfast. Upon arrival, the group undertook a unique tour on Black Cabs where the taxi drivers where their guides. They learnt about The Troubles and visited the famous Political Murals. Lunch was served in a local restaurant that we hired exclusively for the group.
We took the group to a surprise location on Day 4, Powerscourt Waterfall, where our crossover vehicles where waiting for them. They spent the morning on an exclusive scenic drive across Wicklow Mountains National Park with stops for fun activities and tastings of local products such as Irish cheese, smoked salmon and whiskey.
The last stop of our Scenic Drive was the Baileys Farm. Upon arrival, guests were treated to a delicious barbecue in the Barn with a traditional Irish music band. A truly Irish experience!
Following lunch, our guests were split in small groups and rotated around hilarious activities such as Bodhran Workshop, Hurling Demo, Sheepherding and a Visit to the “Bailey Ladies”. After that, they went back to the Barn for a Baileys Workshop and Tasting before heading back to Dublin.
Dinner took place in a fine dining restaurant located in a 200 year old tobacco and wine warehouse.
Day 5 & 6
On Day 5, we organised a long but worthy trip to the group. We took them to the breath-taking Cliffs of Moher on the West Coast of Ireland. After spending some times on the Cliffs, we headed to the bohemian city of Galway where the group enjoyed some time at leisure. Galway has been designated as the European Capital of Culture 2020.
We organised the group transfer to Dublin Airport on Day 6 on our executive vehicles.
The feedback was very positive. Ireland exceeded their expectations and they were amazed by the beauty of the destination and the genuine Irish culture.
