The Brief: Our Pharma Co. client had recently reorganised their sales and marketing teams and were holding a national conference to role out their new teams in new business units.
However one of the new business units was comprised of a variety of people who were formerly working across different parts of the business and they wanted a launch event with a difference and not just “death by Powerpoint”.
Our concept was to amaze and wow the new members of the team and capture their attention from the moment they walked into the meeting room. The room was completely transformed by use of a white spandex interior and set and white furnishings. We lit the walls and set and changed the lighting effects at appropriate times during the launch event. Use of existing corporate video was made, as was uplifting music to create the right atmosphere for the launch. Team building activities were then used to break the ice and introduce new colleagues.
