The Brief:Our mission was to transform, motivate, excite, enthuse and up skill the Product team so that victory was achieved in the war for market dominance. The mission was achieved by the following event over 2 days at Brooklodge in Wicklow.
This event was 2 hours long and had 4 phases as follows:
• Hostage Capture
• POW Camp
• Escape and Evade
• Ambush on enemy forces
This multi- activity phase combined several unique team zones on a private mountain in the wilds of Wicklow. The goal was achieved through cooperation, strategy, using wits and clear communication. The group was divided into teams and different zones and all teams had to complete the objectives at each zone.

Evening: Dinner took the format of the “Big Table” in a private dining room in the Strawberry Tree Restaurant at Brooklodge. The Singing Waiters then serenaded guests
The Product Re-launch event took place in themed and decorated meeting rooms at the Hotel.
We added to the operational environment by redeploying the equipment used in the POW Camp such as the Ops Tent, Map Board, Military Radio, large Camouflage nets, Weapons, Ammo Boxes, and Vehicles etc
Lunch was enjoyed by all participants before departure, after a very satisfying event that met all objectives set and more!!!!
