US Company Incentive in Killarney
We took advantage of our innovative thinking, local expertise and amazing relationship with our suppliers to make our client’s incentive programme a truly unique and memorable experience.
We developed a very creative and unique itinerary full of experiences that are genuine to Ireland with our Advantage twist.
The first wave was formed by 40 VIPs. Day 1 started with individual arrivals to Shannon Airport. We organised transfers in luxury vehicles. A Welcome Dinner in the Carriage House at Adare Manor awaited them. Adare Manor has been named the worlds best luxury hotel.
Throughout their stay in Adare, we organised individual Estate Activities, Golf and Spa in Adare Manor as well as horse trekking to historic sites in the area, personal shopping and a guided tour of Limerick.
On Day 3, we organised a group tour to the breath-taking Cliffs of Moher including lunch in a traditional Irish pub.
Their last dinner in Adare Manor took place in the spectacular Gallery which we hired exclusively for our group.
On the next day, the VIP group was transferred to Killarney in our luxury vehicles. Before heading to their next hotel for Check-in, we delighted them with a sumptuous lunch in a local restaurant.
A second wave of 160 pax arrived to Shannon Airport. We organised individual and coach transfers for all guests. The Check-in took place in a Private Lounge overlooking the spectacular Lake and Mountains of Killarney. Porterage was arranged for the entire group.
We hired exclusively the hotel restaurant for a welcome dinner for 200 pax. The menu was inspired by the Wild Atlantic Way with the best fish and seafood. A harpist and a fiddle player played mellow Irish folk songs throughout the evening.
We organised a very special activity for 140 pax, a tour of the legendary Gap of Dunloe on pony & trap followed by a boat tour across the three Killarney Lakes. Lunch was served in Lord Brandon’s Cottage.
In the meantime, a third wave of 200 pax arrived to the two hotels in Killarney that we had fully took over.
We were the first ones ever to organise a Barbecue for 400 pax in an unique setting by Killarney Lake. We brought in garden furniture and lots of decor elements that really surprised the guests. We set up activity corners were guests could learn how to play traditional Irish instruments and 10 Celtic Drummers closed the evening.
The group participated in a really fun Celtic Olympics & Gaelic Sports activity in Killarney. For this purpose, we hired Killarney Racecourse which is one of the most beautiful racecourses in the world with the Killarney Mountains for a background.
Wheelbarrow Races, Turf Stucking, HorseshoeThrowing, Archery, Axe Throwing, Puc Fada, Hurling & Irish Football Workshops were the activities distributed around the Racecourse. The 2 winning teams were taken to the Parade Area for a Tug of War finale.
Guests had the evening at leisure to enjoy the hotels facilities. We booked different restaurants in Killarney town for the VIPs.
The morning was dedicated to a CSR activity in the Ballroom at one of the hotels.
At lunch time, we had organised a private lunch for the guests from Taiwan and Hong Kong in the hotel. The menu was made from scratch to match their dietary requirements.
In the evening, a number of shuttles were available from each hotel to Killarney for any guests that wanted to spend their evening in town.
They had the last day at leisure and some guests asked us to organise some tours and activities for them. We booked tours for the Gap of Dunloe, Scenic Drives in Dingle and Ring of Kerry, a tour in Killarney National Park with visit to the historic Muckross House as well as Gold and Spa.
Their last evening in Ireland was celebrated with a traditional Irish Night in a local pub. An Irish Piper welcomed guests and the best local Irish musicians and dancers entertained throughout the evening.
We organised all the transfers from the Killarney hotels to both Shannon and Dublin Airports.
We booked first class train tickets for a reduced VIP group that were spending one more night in Dublin. We booked a whiskey distillery tour and dinner in a restaurant in Temple Bar for them. They stayed in a luxury 5* hotel in St Stephen’s Green.
